Project Desciption

We are seeking a specialist in AI and Machine Learning to develop an intelligent chatbot for our customer support portal. The chatbot should be able to handle common user queries, understand natural language, and escalate complex issues to a human agent.

Responsibilities:

• Train a language model on our existing support documentation and chat logs.
• Integrate the chatbot with our existing CRM via API.
• Develop a dashboard for monitoring chatbot performance and user satisfaction.
• Must have experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch and NLP frameworks.
